Buy Digger

There are three licensing options when purchasing Digger:

1. License per Seat. For example if you need to install Digger on 5 computers you need to buy 5 seat licenses.
2. Floating License per Seat. For example if you need to install Digger on 10 computers but you will be using it on 6 computers at the same time you may choose to buy Floating License for 6 seats.
3. Unlimited Site License allows you to use Digger on as many computers as you need within the organization the license has been issued to.

Payment Options

FourthElephant accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit card (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Eurocard) via our secure online order forms/phone/fax
• Mailed cheque
• Direct bank transfer

More detailed payment instructions are provided in the invoice supplied after an order is received.

FourthElephant's payment terms are strictly cash only or 0 day. This means that the license will only be issued after your payment is received.

If you have placed your order but find that you are waiting for your organisation to actually make the payment, you can contact us and request a fully-functional time-limited license.

Buying with Credit Card

Please use one of the Order links above to order by credit card or email or fax (+1 508 877 7414 ) us all the details and we will process your order. Ensure that you included: the card type, number, expiry, and name on card and the total amount.

Buying on a Purchase Order

Procurement via a purchase order (PO) is possible, but please bear in mind that the license will be sent only after payment is received and processed. Upon receipt of a PO we will issue your organisation with an invoice, reflecting your PO number.

The process for submitting a PO is to simply email or fax (+1 508 877 7414 ) the PO to FourthElephant, ensuring that the PO includes:

1. The registered name of the licensee company
2. The registered address of the licensee company
3. The registered name of the billing company
4. The registered address of the billing company
5. The name of the billing contact (yourself?)
6. The email address of the billing contact (yourself?)
7. The name and email of the technical contact (ideally the end user)
8. The email address of the technical contact (ideally the end user)
9. The number of licenses you are purchasing

If any credit card details are to be sent with the PO, please also include: The card type, number, expiry, and name on card.

Once that is done, an invoice (referencing the PO #) and licensing agreement will be sent via email. If no credit card details are supplied with the PO, the invoice can be paid within 30 days by mailed cheque, faxed/phoned credit card or direct bank transfer.

All licenses are shipped electronically via email in less than 24 hours after the order is received.
